    This is our historical business, which now operates in over 300 industrial laundries around the world. Operational teams in each laundry clean our professional customers’ linen and clothing every day.

    Thanks to our optimised processes, this industrial model helps us to significantly reduce water and non-renewable energy consumption.

  • Customer development

    The commercial distribution and logistics teams oversee service delivery and customer follow-up throughout the duration of each service contract, using our own vehicle fleet.

  • Maintenance

    Maintenance roles are crucial to our production facilities, enabling us to ensure continuous service for our customers in accordance with our safety and quality procedures.

  • Logistics

    We own our main logistical resources, the trucks our agents use to make customer deliveries on their rounds. At the same time, we manage numerous supply and delivery flows of textile articles and hygiene equipment.

    With more than 300 sales representatives in France dedicated to finding new customers, our sales force is acknowledged for its effectiveness.     At Elis, the circular economy lies at the core of our business model and the foundation of our CSR strategy. 

  • Industrial Operations, Purchasing and Supply Chain

    Industrial Operations supports our 440 production and services centres operating around the world. With varied profiles, the operations teams are primarily made up of engineers.

    Our industrial experts are spread out based on the density of production facilities operating in a given area, and contribute to: optimising organisation and productivity in our factories, reducing consumption (of water, energy, etc.), ensuring the performance of investments made in the sites, and the optimisation of logistics and textile use.

  • Marketing and Innovation

    Here at Elis, the Marketing and Innovation division brings together product promotion (R & D) customer experience (where customer satisfaction is the key focus), innovation and the deployment of traceability solutions, as well as sales, institutional and digital communication.

  • Commercial Relations

    These activities cover the relationships that lie at the heart of our business model.

  • Transformation and IT

    The Transformation and IT department's mission is to deploy technology so as to provide the Group with a competitive advantage.
    The goal of this strategy is to design and develop quality Group solutions, and to deploy them in all the countries in which we operate.
    In order to streamline, deploy and innovate at the Group level, T&IT has grown into a global organisation, with around 250 employees operating globally.

  • Administrative & Financial

    The Administrative & Financial Department encompasses real estate management and insurance, legal & compliance, accounting, controlling, treasury, internal audit, as well as investor relations.

    Its missions involve supporting operations teams and departments in the reporting process and overseeing their performance levels, as well as risk management, guaranteeing a secure legal framework, maintaining liquid assets for development and communicating with the financial community.

  • Human Resources

    The Human Resources department supports operations centres and departments in everything related to our internal talent.
    Its missions involve providing expertise in labour rights, promoting the Elis model and our social values, participating in team recruitment and skills development, and promoting a culture of hands-on management and performance development.
