Meet Agnieszka in Poland

Agnieszka, currently Center Director in Poland, looks back on her professional career:

"I have been gaining my experiences in the Contact and Service Center market of the B to C (business to costumer) and B to B (business to business) sector in the different trade over 20 years. I specialize in building relationship with clients and building their loyalty as well as in negotiations."

She explains that her many years of experience have enabled her to develop skills leading her today to respond effectively to the needs of the brand but also of the customer; and this while adopting effective management of multitasking operational teams.

"Elis has given me the opportunity to get to know my role as Customer Service Manager much better than I thought. Regular meetings with my supervisor regarding my task and goals (from the beginning of my work) made me more aware about different opportunities to development myself in Elis."

Agnieszka also says that her colleagues are always ready to share their knowledge and experiences, which made her want to progress.

When we asked how she was helped in this process she specifies:

" My supervisor supported goals realization, giving me the opportunity to learn about the role of the Plant Manager. I had the opportunity to participate in important meetings with Board, prepare reports and support for the Plant Manager in managing operational activities."
