An upstream audit to advise you according to your needs: number of users, type of water desired, location, building technical constraints. We examine everything carefully and discuss it with you.
Installation by a watercooler specialist. This technician will ensure that the installed watercooler works properly, show you how to use the watercooler and prepare a certificate of installation.
Regular service provided by your specialist service agent: external cleaning, equipment testing, filter replacement, water system disinfection, CO₂ cylinder replacement. The service agent fills in a maintenance booklet that can be consulted at any time.
Delivery of consumables, with you deciding how much you want and how often you want it: paper cups, full water bottles and retrieval of empty bottles for reuse.
Contacts on hand at all times for any questions about your contract, invoices and installed watercoolers. There is also a toll-free number for any water-related questions.
Guaranteed intervention within 48 hours if the watercooler breaks down.
