  • These past months of training have been challenging and engaging; the feeling of mutual support within the department really made me want to work with the team, and the trust they showed in me was very rewarding.
    At the end of the internship, it was natural to want to stay on at ELIS, and I was hired for the role of Regional Management Controller for Rhône-Alpes/Sud-Est.

  • At the end of my apprenticeship, I was directly recruited as an Assistant Production Manager at ELIS. Just under 2 years later, I was promoted to Production Manager at another of the Group's factories in the Burgundy region.
    What do I like about ELIS? The responsibility, the scope of my missions, and the level of trust the company has always shown in me.

My mentor gave me the independence to pursue my own projects and operations. All those projects enabled me to develop a range of technical skills, as well as project management and planning skills.

V.I.E International Internships at Elis

Are you aged 18 - 28, and looking to develop your skills at one of our international offices? Come on board!

Sales, finance, IT, production… Whatever your background, Elis can offer you the opportunity to set off on an "International Internship in a Company" (V.I.E) program, lasting between 6 months and 2 years.
