Marketing and Innovation
Here at Elis, the Marketing and Innovation division brings together product promotion (R & D) customer experience (where customer satisfaction is the key focus), innovation and the deployment of traceability solutions, as well as sales, institutional and digital communication.
The Information Systems and Transformation Division (DTSI) aims to enhance Group performance via innovative IT solutions encompassing application development, procedure management and information system security.
The Administrative & Financial Division (DAF) manages performance, makes acquisitions (around 10 each year) and creates the relevant financial structures for maintaining the Group’s leadership position. It includes the following departments: Legal, Administrative, Accounting, Management Control, Treasury, Risk Management, Internal Audit and Investor Relations. It also manages 10 financial divisions in the countries where Elis operates.
With more than 300 sales representatives in France dedicated to finding new customers, our sales force is acknowledged for its effectiveness.
