    Enhancing skills

    Our development programmes give you the opportunity to develop within the company. The DISCO Chain of Excellence program provides sales representatives with a 10-month training course that allows them to move into a Business Development Manager position.

    The Elis Management Trainee Programme is a two-year personalised course designed for young graduates who wish to take on managerial responsibility. It includes four six-month assignments, to the processing centre, head office, an international posting and immersion in a management role. A dedicated mentor supports employees throughout the programme.
