Nevertheless, even if the European Hornet is no more aggressive than the wasp, its Asian counterpart ( Vespa Velutina) represent a real danger for human and the ecosystem balance. The Asian hornet will attack bees and can manage to destroy an entire hive with the help of only a few of its relatives.

These insects are very present in spring, but also in autumn because the queen starts to lay young larvae and new queens and males appear in the colony. They are the ones who will ensure the foundation of new colonies the following year! Therefore, it is necessary to get rid of nests and swarms.
