  • Service Agent

    Your main contact person on every visit:

    • delivers clean linen, consumables and picks up dirty linen;
    • makes a note of your requests;
    • ensures you are satisfied.
  • Customer Service Assistant

    Your designated phone contact at the Elis Centre is responsible for:

    • managing your files;
    • explaining your invoices;
    • ensuring that requests you made to our service agent on their visit are carried out.
  • Sales Representative

    With your help, the sales representative creates the best conditions in which to identify and carry out your requests or needs.

  • Customer Service Representative

    This Customer Service Representative ensures that the service is performed to your satisfaction:

    • coordinating the actions of the service agent and the customer service assistant;
    • notifying you of any changes to Elis services and any new services that may be offered.
