CSR as an integral part of Group strategy

This new 2030 ambitious roadmap builds on with the 2025 commitment program, which was revised in 2023 (Climate strategy) and 2024 (CSRD), while incorporating new dimensions such as absenteeism and avoided emissions (Scope 4).

This roadmap was designed to meet the expectations of the Group’s stakeholders and also includes areas where the Group intends to expand its impact. Some goals have been carried over unchanged, given the already high level of ambition and an acquisition strategy that is gradually expanding the Group’s scope.

The 2030 strategy reflects a step up in ambition while remaining fully consistent with the Group business model, DNA and priorities.

This ambition also adress the first pillar of the Group’s strategy and aim to support long lasting value creation for all its stakeholders.
