Maintenance of continuous mandatory ventilation (CMV)
Your CMV network provides fresh, healthy air to your staff and visitors When a building is efficiently insulated and waterproofed, the use of CMV is even more important. There are major problems associated with poorly maintained CMV networks, including development of moulds, risks related to hygiene and health, fire risk and financial losses. This has resulted in the regulation by decree and ministerial order of the maintenance of CMV, gas CMV and natural ventilation systems. In order to prevent these risks, our hygiene specialists will assist you with the maintenance and disinfection of ventilation ducts, in compliance with legislation. As an expert in the maintenance and disinfection of CMV ducts, Elis provides services for effective CMV to refresh air in buildings as well as to clean and replace the CMV or check the network.

Roof demossing
Failing to maintain tiles and roofs and not cleaning/demossing could have consequences for your roofs: tiles become porous and fragile, increasing the risk of cracks and leaks. Roof tiles move apart over time. Erosion loads the tile with moisture, encouraging the growth of moss, lichen and other signs of pollution. To prevent this damage, roofs must be maintained and cleaned. Elis provides you with a thorough and efficient treatment that produces great results. Treatment that offers peace of mind: Elis uses a special roof cleaning and demossing unit, operating throughout the Rhône-Alpes area and specifically to the west of Lyon, near Bourgoin Jailleu, in the cities of Chambéry and Voiron and in Ain.

Ants
An anthill has one or several queens, males, workers, and sometimes soldiers. It is organized into castes (royal, sexual, and worker). The worker ants have two stomachs that allow them to ingest food that they will store in their social stomach to feed the whole anthill. They are omnivorous but prefer sweet foods. Several billion ants live on the planet. There is not a square kilometer of land without them. If nests are found, our certified technicians use a state-of-the-art application system to destroy the nest with minimal impact on the environment. This service is available for households in the following cities: Geneva, Lyon, Marseille, and Nantes.

Wasps
Wasps are insects with complete metamorphosis (egg, larva, nymph, imago). They live in colonies divided into castes (worker, male, queen). A nest contains up to several thousand wasps and can be found in any location. In autumn, they live on the fat stocks accumulated during the summer, and in winter they die. Only 4 or 5 reared queens leave the nest to settle elsewhere. In the spring, the queen alone begins the construction of a new nest. The wasp feeds mainly on sugary substances, flies, and larvae. Wasp stings can be a real health hazard.

Food moths
The food moth has a complete metamorphosis (egg, larva, chrysalis, adult). The adult food moth has a globular head and looks like a small butterfly. The larvae of the food moth weave silk nests in which they spend part of their lives and molt. At the end of their growth, they begin their transformation into butterflies which lasts 1 to 2 weeks. At 30°C, a generation develops and reproduces in about a month. At 10°C, it takes 7 months. They can hibernate during the harsh months. They can destroy your merchandise and threaten the hygiene and image of your facility.
