Pest microorganisms are a health hazard for your staff and a risk for your establishment’s hygiene and image.

Elis provides a microbial disinfection service that is safe for humans. It provides tailored treatments for the various surfaces and areas of your premises, particularly those used for food preparation.

  • > Bacteria are single-celled living organisms ranging from 1 to 5 mir spircrometres in length. They have different shapes according to the composition of their cell wall (spherical, rods, curved oalled). They develop in favourable surroundings: nutrition.
  • > Fungi: eukaryotic microorganisms of vegetable origin. Contaminated areas: transmission via inoculation, inhalation of spores or contact with an infected person or animal. Live everywhere in the environment and propagate by diffusing spores into the air.
  • > Viruses: Very small infectious agents measuring 20 to 500 nanometres. Contaminated areas : infection of animal and vegetable cells, analogous to bacterial infections. Cannot reproduce alone, must enter a human cell to multiply.
