Elis is proud to be a committed group that promotes values of solidarity and social responsibility. Every year, our teams around the world implement numerous solidarity initiatives to support communities, protect the environment and assist those in need. This commitment is enshrined in our CSR strategy.

Since 2022, as part of its Corporate Foundation, the Group has also been working with the NQT (Nos Quartiers ont des Talents) association to support more young talent and encourage more employees to get involved. As a result, a total of nearly 152 young people have been supported since the beginning, and 4.5% of managers in France are committed to supporting young talent in 2024. In addition, the Group has continued its commitment to its local communities by providing support through financial donations, donations of products and services, and volunteering.
Code of Ethics and Purchasing
Comply with Elis' code of ethics throughout the value chain, in all functions and in all countries.
The Group's ethical and responsible conduct is a guarantee of success and sustainability, and Elis is committed to building a relationship of trust with its employees, customers, suppliers, various partners and, more broadly, all of its stakeholders. The principles of respect, integrity, responsibility and exemplary behaviour are a fundamental pillar of the Group's commitments, as set out in the Code of Ethics.
The Group therefore provides a whistleblowing hotline, accessible to all, anywhere in the world, to report any situation that contravenes Elis' Code of Ethics, including any situation that violates applicable laws and regulations, as well as any risk of serious harm related to the activities of the Group and its subcontractors and suppliers in terms of human rights and fundamental freedoms, health and safety of persons and the environment.
This system allows for anonymity and guarantees the confidentiality of information at all stages of the investigation. The Group is committed to protecting whistleblowers from any negative consequences or reprisals, provided that the alerts have been made in good faith, even if the reported facts are ultimately not confirmed.
The hotline is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, for written or voice messages in any of the Group's 18 local languages.
The company's main suppliers are informed of the Group's anti-corruption strategy and undertake to follow this strategy, in particular by adhering to the Supplier Code of Conduct. Elis controls its supply chain: 93.3% of direct purchases have been subject to a CSR assessment of the supplier. Elis' relationship with its suppliers is governed by the Code of Ethics and the Responsible Purchasing Charter.
