Washroom service benefits
Elis offers two types of service depending on the washroom equipment:
- Equipment Rental and Maintenance
- Fixed-Schedule Service Visits

Standard Service
A per-device service for up to 2 washroom blocks:
- Equipment inspection and consumable replacement
- Validation of proper equipment operation with your staff
- Delivery of cartridges, rolls or reels included in the contract to the agreed storage area
From 3 washroom blocks onwards, your service agent refills the equipment when empty. -
Per-Device Service
- Verification of proper operation of each device
- Replacement of refills, batteries and spare parts required for operation
- The equipment operates autonomously, with no service interruptions between Elis service visits.
No refilling by your service agent is required for these devices.

Our eco-designed, labelled and certified products
Phoenix
The Phoenix washroom equipment range is manufactured from recycled plastic pellets made of Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (ABS) and produced in Europe.

- 4 times fewer CO₂ emissions during manufacturing, resulting in a significant reduction in waste*

Oeko-Tex® Certification
Our cotton hand towel rolls are Oeko-Tex® certified.
This certification guarantees that no substances harmful to the skin are present in the textiles used to manufacture our cotton rolls.
