What does the Elis service include?
- An upstream audit to advise you according to your needs: number of users, type of water desired, location, building technical constraints. We examine everything carefully and discuss it with you.
- Installation by a watercooler specialist. This technician will ensure that the installed watercooler works properly, show you how to use the watercooler and prepare a certificate of installation.
- Regular service provided by your specialist service agent: external cleaning, equipment testing, filter replacement, water system disinfection, CO2 cylinder replacement. The service agent fills in a maintenance booklet that can be consulted at any time.
- Delivery of consumables, with you deciding how much you want and how often you want it: paper cups, full water bottles and retrieval of empty bottles for reuse.
- Contacts on hand at all times for any questions about your contract, invoices and installed watercoolers. There is also a toll-free number for any water-related questions.
- Guaranteed intervention within 48 hours if the watercooler breaks down.
