Rattaché(e) au Responsable Achats Industriels, vous avez la charge du portefeuille Achats Industriels composé des équipements de production, des pièces détachées/consommables associés, des prestations maintenance/services techniques.

En étroite collaboration avec la Direction Industrielle, votre mission consiste en :

- Assurer le support achat auprès des équipes Projets Industriels et Méthodes dans un environnement international (Réalisation d’un appel d’offre (BID), consultations, analyse offres techniques, comparaison des meilleurs prix et des meilleures conditions commerciales, négociations, contractualisations, suivi d’exécution),

- Renouveler les accords-cadres de fournitures de pièces / consommables, de prestations de service, afin de garantir un achat optimal par les usines du groupe,

- Faire évoluer le panel fournisseurs en procédant à une démarche de benchmark et de sourcing international et en évaluant la performance QCD fournisseurs,

Vous développez l’approche coût total d’utilisation. Vous participez à l’élaboration de la stratégie achat sur votre portefeuille, en lien avec la stratégie industrielle du groupe.

Le poste est basé à Saint Cloud, au plus près de la Direction Industrielle et reporte au responsable Achats Industriels.

Reporting to the Industrial Purchasing Manager, you are in charge of the Industrial Purchasing portfolio consisting of production equipment, associated spare parts/consumables, maintenance services/technical services.

In close collaboration with the Industrial Department, your mission consists of:

- Provide purchasing support to the Industrial Projects and Methods teams in an international environment (Carrying out to launch the tender (BID), consultations, analysis of technical offers, comparison of the best prices and commercial conditions, negotiations, contractualisations, monitoring of execution),

- Renew the framework agreements for the supply of parts / consumables, services, in order to guarantee optimal purchasing by the group's factories,

- Develop the supplier panel by carrying out a benchmarking and international sourcing process and by evaluating supplier QCD performance,

You develop the total cost of use approach. You participate in the development of the purchasing strategy for your portfolio, in line with the group's industrial strategy.

The position is based in Saint Cloud, close to the Industrial Department and reports to the Industrial Purchasing Manager.

Occasional trips in France and abroad are also to be considered (visits to suppliers or production sites)
This position gives you an interface position with a large number of internal and external interlocutors, and requires a strong ability to convince, as well as excellent interpersonal skills.
You are rigorous, autonomous and reactive and have a real ability to make decisions.
You speak English imperatively & fluently, a third language (Portuguese, Spanish or German) would be a plus.
